HOW LONG BEFORE MY ORDER IS SHIPPED?

 

We aim to ship your item(s) the next day but please allow 1-2 business days for your item to ship. This does not include weekends or holidays. Any order placed during a holiday or on the weekend will ship next business day.

 

 

ARE THERE ANY SHIPPING CHARGES?

 

All orders shipping within the United States are free of shipping charges. International orders will be charged shipping and auto calculated at checkout based on destination.

 

 

WILL THERE BE A WARRANTY ON ITEMS PURCHASED?

 

We have warranty that covers manufacturer's defects (specifics outlined in manuals). If the parts, mechanics or materials fail, we will repair or replace your product. This does not cover any abuse you might put your accessory through on your own. The warranty does not cover water damage, normal wear and tear, batteries, accidental glass damage, scratches, strap damages, lens scratches or theft/misplacement. Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims and service requests, so please save your receipt.

 

I WANT TO CHANGE MY ORDER, IS THAT POSSIBLE?

 

Orders can only be changed before it has been fulfilled. To change an order, please send us an email (via Contact Us) promptly with change details and we’ll be glad to assist. Once an order has been fulfilled it cannot be changed.

 

 

WHY WAS MY ORDER CANCELED?

 

If your order was unexpectedly cancelled, chances are that our fraud detector marked your purchase as fraudulent. If this is a mistake, please your order again with a PayPal account. If you do not have PayPal, you can sign up at www.Paypal.com. It’s quick and easy!
